Really interesting thanks for sharing and agree with so much of this and what needs to be done. The UK’s women and equalities committee recently produced a report for govt looking at barriers to women participating in sport which had some similar findings. Particularly on specific challenges of time and that we need to support women into sport in different ways rather than not fully understanding and acknowledging that.
